Customers can be assured that with our secure encrypting system they can browse and shop in confidence with the knowledge that their payments and personal details will be managed with the utmost confidentiality. (For offline purchases please use the BBJ order form shown in the menu bar) WorldPay is used to process all online transactions from the BBJ Collection and for more information on WorldPay please visit their website www.worldpay.com Delivery We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. All orders delivered to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and deliveries are usually made within 3 to 4 working days. Overseas orders (Europe and World) are also dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class airmail. Typical delivery times to Europe are 4 to 7 working days and for the rest of the World up to 12 working days. If, for any reason there is an unforeseen delay to the expected delivery times we will keep you fully informed of the progress of your order. Postage and Packaging (P&P) Postage and packaging costs for each product have been programmed to appear in the shopping basket checkout process. When the selected delivery zone (UK, Europe or World) has been entered the P&P costs will be shown and then included in the total amount to be paid. Returns Policy We take great pride in the quality of our products and if, for any reason you are not totally satisfied, simply return the item in its original and unused condition along with the packaging within 21 days and we will guarantee to either exchange it or offer you a full refund including postal costs. Our products are also guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the date of purchase. These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights. Privacy Policy The BBJ Collection Ltd undertake to keep confidential all details and information supplied by customers and that their personal details will not be divulged to any third parties. Any information collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 will only be used by us in the administration of and for the processing of orders. We will not send any marketing material without the express request of the customer. |
